Filet mignon, BBQ or wahoo during a spectacular Parrilla Weekend
The appetizers are either a skewer of Argentinian chorizo, served with a home-made chimichurri or a creamy portobello and beef soup. The entrees are a filet mignon, wrapped in bacon and grilled to your liking, served with sautéed potatoes and steamed vegetables, locally caught wahoo with a creole sauce and mashed potatoes or a classic BBQ combo with loin ribs and chicken glazed in a BBQ sauce. The fourth choice is linguini with sautéed shrimp, tossed in a pesto or Alfredo sauce. Dessert is a strawberry cheesecake, served with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream.
Especially for Super Bowl Sunday February 2, Tango will have TV’s set up so that you can watch the match while enjoying your 3-course Parrilla menu.
